Hello! Its summer and in Florida where I live its bathing suit season. So we are all getting new bathing suits and losing weight to look nice in them. (Please don't take this post is mean. Not everyone is concerned about there body.) If you are looking to slim down you can't just wish the weight away. Losing weight takes exercise and good eating habits. When its comes to eating healthy that does not mean you have to give up your favorite food. You can look up low fat recipes online, most of the time they taste just the same! Also when it comes to eating a meal like breakfast,lunch,or dinner use a smaller plate. Its will reduce the portion size and your brain will think that you are eating more than you really are, so you will be full. When you have a sweet tooth craving eat an apple. It has the same exact calories as chocolate, but it is better for you. Now when is come to exercising there are so many things you can do! Like, walking, running, swimming, sports, yoga, exercise machines, and so much more! So get out there and lets get fit together! I hope I put a smile on your face!
