Hello! As you see by the title I am going to give you some tips when your feeling down. When your upset don't pout or be angry, do something to make yourself feel better! Like for example; I love to swim and put my mermaid tail on,so if I am upset I can make feel better or get my mind off of things. If you cant seem to get your mind off of your problem, Fix It! We may be mad but fixing a problem can bring your mood back up. But what if your upset about nothing and just feel upset? Well that happens. Sometimes we just, for some reason are just upset. :( A lot of times our brain is just bored and will start messing with our emotions. so if you are feeling upset for no reason it is good just to take a walk or ride your bike. Doing physical activity will relax your brain and you wont feel so sad. I hope these three tips will cure your sadness! I hope I put a smile on your face! Now stay like that of the rest of the day! :)
