Jr. Life Guard Camp

Hello! I have been busy lately so I haven't been posting. (Sorry) The main reason why I have been busy is because I had Jr. Life Guard Camp. It was a great experience because I am applying to be a lifeguard next year! The video above is a video I took at Sun Splash. Confidence is Key

Hello! We sometimes mess up because were scared. On school projects or presentations, anything that you cant seem to shake the nervous felling off. Well at those moments we may of not had confidence. We doubt ourselves and think of the worst case and usually we end up just fine. Now there or so many ways to gain confidence. For example, If you are doing a presentation or speech, you can rehearse how you planed it so many times, that eventually you wont even be scared. You can also remain calm. Remaining calm shows the audience that you are not scared and you look professional. What happens with me is I get nervous when i have to do speeches but as I go I become calm. Confidence is all about how prepared you are if you are not prepared then you are more likely to be nervous. I hope these tips helped! I hope I put a smile on your face! Time to Slim Down

Hello! Its summer and in Florida where I live its bathing suit season. So we are all getting new bathing suits and losing weight to look nice in them. (Please don't take this post is mean. Not everyone is concerned about there body.) If you are looking to slim down you can't just wish the weight away. Losing weight takes exercise and good eating habits. When its comes to eating healthy that does not mean you have to give up your favorite food. You can look up low fat recipes online, most of the time they taste just the same! Also when it comes to eating a meal like breakfast,lunch,or dinner use a smaller plate. Its will reduce the portion size and your brain will think that you are eating more than you really are, so you will be full. When you have a sweet tooth craving eat an apple. It has the same exact calories as chocolate, but it is better for you. Now when is come to exercising there are so many things you can do! Like, walking, running, swimming, sports, yoga, exercise machines, and so much more! So get out there and lets get fit together! I hope I put a smile on your face!
